"Glorious beaches, fascinating culture and lovely people – Bali has them all. I stayed in Nusa Dua, a lovely beach resort on the South East coast of Bali offering some fab hotels, good shopping and a variety of restaurants. Bali has lots to see including many temples, the lovely artists’ town of Ubud, rice terraces, majestic mountains and even it’s own Elephant Safari Park. I also spent a few nights on the unspoilt neighbouring island of Lombok which I loved – I would imagine Bali would have been like this about 30 years ago! Very relaxing with breathtaking scenery!"
